Questions asked by clients before starting

Before starting the implementation of the corporate mobility platform, most procurement and HR teams come with the same questions. Not because they haven't read the documentation, but because the practical details make the difference between a smooth rollout and one blocked by internal approvals.

The first question: "How long does the integration with our existing systems take?" The answer depends on the number of transport and accommodation providers already contracted. If you already have negotiated rates with three hotel chains and two airlines, the setup takes between two and four weeks. If you start from scratch, add another week for negotiating the first corporate conditions.

The second question: "How is compliance with our internal expense policy ensured?" The platform allows defining rules by category: maximum budget per night, allowed flight classes, accepted types of ground transport. Each booking request is automatically checked before reaching the manager. If an option exceeds the limit, the system suggests compliant alternatives in the same area.

The third question: "What happens if an employee needs a last-minute change?" There is a quick approval flow for emergency situations: changing the flight due to a delay, extending the stay by one night, or adding an extra transfer. All changes are recorded and reported in the monthly audit.

The last question, perhaps the most important: "How do we measure real savings?" The platform generates a comparative report between actual costs and standard market rates for the same routes and periods. Our clients see an average reduction of 18% in the first three months, and the data is available in the dashboard in real time.
