Service rules, party responsibilities, and limits of legal liability.
These terms govern access to and use of the Fantravelist platform, an enterprise system for corporate mobility management and coordination of international business travel.
By registering a corporate account, the company ("Client") fully accepts the stipulated terms. Any unauthorized use of the platform will result in immediate suspension of access.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete data regarding internal expense, security, and compliance policies. Any changes to these policies must be communicated in writing at least 5 business days before implementation.
The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of access credentials and for all actions taken under its account. Designated users must follow the security instructions provided by Fantravelist.
Fantravelist ensures continuous platform operation with 99.5% availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance periods announced 48 hours in advance.
The platform automates bookings for delegations, optimizes transport and premium accommodation budgets, and verifies compliance with internal policies. Fantravelist is not responsible for the Client's final booking decisions.
Fantravelist does not guarantee that all transport or accommodation options are available in real-time. In the event of technical errors, the Client will be notified within a maximum of 2 business hours.
Fantravelist is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from non-compliance with internal policies by the Client's employees.
Fantravelist's total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply in cases of intentional harm or gross negligence.
Fantravelist is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, changes in hotel rates, or other events beyond its control. The Client is advised to obtain separate travel insurance.
Fantravelist processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. Travel and financial data are stored on secure servers within the European Union.
The Client is obliged to inform employees about the processing of their data within the platform. Fantravelist does not share data with third parties without the Client's explicit consent, except as required by law.
The contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, with automatic renewal for successive 12-month periods, unless either party notifies its intention not to renew at least 30 days before expiration.
Fantravelist may modify these terms with 15 days' prior notice. The Client has the right to terminate the contract without penalty within 30 days of receiving the modification notice.
Either party may terminate the contract with 60 days' notice. In case of a material breach of obligations, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately, without notice.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be settled amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest municipality.
